Lisa has actively represented clients in contested custody and/or property issues. She possesses extensive experience in the following areas:

  • Adoptions
  • Child Custody and visitation enforcement/modifications
  • Child Support Hearings
  • Collaborative Law
  • Complex Equitable Distribution
  • Contested Divorce
  • Uncontested Divorce
  • Division of the Marital Estate
  • Divorce/Marital Dissolution
  • Domestic Violence
  • Legal Separation and Separation Agreements
  • Paternity Suits
  • Post-Divorce Matters
  • Prenuptial/Postnuptial Agreements and Enforcement
  • Spousal Support

Additionally, Lisa has been a Law Guardian in the Fourth Department for 12 years and has actively represented children.

Lisa fully understands that protracted litigation should be the last alternative for resolving disagreements. An initial consultation includes an in-depth assessment of the options available to the client with a view toward achieving the most expeditious and financially sound resolution. When appropriate, referrals are made to other mediation or counseling professionals who can provide the necessary emotional support throughout this often traumatic period.

In those instances, however, where amicable resolutions are not possible, Lisa will utilize her years of experience to advocate for you each step of the way. She is committed to assist you through this challenging, emotional and complex process.
