About Kevin Clark:
Kevin is a partner with Wesley, Clark and Peshkin, a law firm exclusively dedicated to collaborative law, mediation and traditional court-based divorce – with offices across New York State.

Kevin focuses his practice on collaborative law and mediation – leading hundreds of clients and their families through the very difficult phases of divorce, without the expense, uncertainty and lack of control clients experience in a courtroom battle. He has mastered the art of illustrating what is truly important and how the decisions clients make will affect their children, finances, and future.  His passion is efficiently and effectively helping clients understand their rights, their needs and the correct divorce process to achieve their goals. As a result, clients build a sense of empowerment and benefit from having control of the outcome.  He is committed to changing the face of divorce from the negative stereotype to one of empowerment, control and success for the client’s future.

Kevin previously served as a Monroe County Senior Assistant District Attorney giving him a unique perspective and experience for determining what is most important in a case and how to work to achieve justice in everything he does.  Kevin is particularly well suited for the collaborative law process as he holds dual degrees in law and business, earning a J.D. and M.B.A from the University of St. Thomas in (Minneapolis), as well as a B.S. from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. Kevin is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
