About Amy Egitton:
Amy is a partner in the Syracuse office of Scolaro, Fetter, Grizanti, McGough & King, P.C. and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Amy manages the matrimonial and family law practice. Her experience includes all aspects of divorce, custody, child support, maintenance, adoption, prenuptial agreements, guardianship, and cases under Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, as well as appeals in the Appellate Division of the State of New York Fourth Judicial Department. Amy was admitted to the New York Bar in 1995. Prior to joining her firm in 2001, she was in private practice concentrating primarily in the areas of matrimonial and family law. In addition to her Collaborative Law services, Amy is admitted to practice in the federal District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Western Districts of New York, including the Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Western Districts. Her memberships include the New York State Bar Association (member, Adoption Committee), Onondaga County Bar Association, Central New York Women’s Bar Association, and the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross of Central New York. She is the proud recipient of an Award of Merit for the protection of children under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
