About Rosemary Lepiane:
Rosemary was born and raised in Syracuse. She has been practicing law for 15 years with a focus on family and divorce matters. She is a board member of the CNY Collaborative Family Law Professionals. She is a mediator and is also trained in advanced matrimonial mediation.  She focuses her practice on practical and realistic solutions.  Rosemary understands that divorces can take an emotional toll on a family and she cares strongly about children and making sure they have a voice in the divorce process.  She strongly believes that both the collaborative law and mediation processes allow families the ability for realistic outcomes, creative problem solving and closure.

Since family and divorce matters are often complex, Rosemary also has experience with real estate law, tax law, and bankruptcy as they relate to divorce matters. 

Rosemary is involved in her community and currently sits on the board of the CNY  Women’s Bar Association. She was a prior board member and secretary to the Onondaga County Assigned Counsel Program. She is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
