About Kathleen Whipple:

Kathleen has a background as a school social worker (for 22 years) and, prior to that, a special education teacher.  She has worked in the Solvay, Marcellus, and Vernon-Verona-Sherrill districts.  Kathleen has vast experience in working with families and children in many areas of conflict resolution.  She strongly believes that the Collaborative process is a productive alternative to adversarial litigation.  Kathleen has a long history of active participation on various boards and committees in the Chittenango region and in community theater in the Syracuse area.
