About Amber Peshkin:
Amber Peshkin is a partner with Wesley, Clark and Peshkin, a law firm exclusively dedicated to collaborative law, mediation and traditional court-based divorce – with offices across New York State.

Amber focuses her practice in matrimonial and family law where she represents clients in divorce, spousal support, child custody and visitation, child support, and asset division. She has the acute knowledge necessary to handle any legal issue that may arise and has single-handedly resolved thousands of cases by way of settlement and trial. With a litigation background, Amber transitioned her practice to focus on the amicable paths to divorce: collaborative law and mediation.

Amber has escorted hundreds of clients and their families through the very difficult phases of the divorce process, without the expense, uncertainty and lack of control clients experience in a courtroom battle. She has mastered the art of illustrating what is truly important and how the decisions clients make will affect their children, finances, and future.  Amber is dedicated to efficiently and effectively helping clients understand their rights, their needs and the correct divorce process to achieve their goals.
